Ric is the president of The Spirit Employed Company, which he founded to provide executives, managers, and employees with principles and techniques to help them be more authentic in their work environments, to create and maintain life balance, to consciously create healthy communities in the workplace, and to develop a personal style of gentle self-discipline that will naturally increase their productivity and sense of fulfillment.
